The Ballston Spa community is invited to join together for the 2023 Scotties Stampede 5k and Kids Color Run. The event will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Wood Road Elementary School complex. The Kids Color Run will begin at 8:15 am and the Scotties Stampede 5k will begin at 9:15 am. Check-in for the Kids Color Run will start at 7:45 am. Please arrive early to allow time for parking and check-in. The annual Wellness Expo will also be taking place from 8:30 am – 11:30 am in the Wood Road cafeteria.
The goal is to bring our community together for a fun filled day and encourage students and families to participate in healthy and active lifestyles. This is a great opportunity for young and old to get outside and be active. Runners and walkers are welcome! As in year’s past, proceeds from the event will support the district’s Ballston Spa Partnership for Innovation in Education Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region.
