The 2023 Wellness Day returns on Saturday, May 13th. A Kids Color Run will start the day and the Scotties Stampede 5k will begin at 9:15 am with the popular Wellness Expo immediately following. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the race and vendors will be needed for the expo. Additional details will be shared in early March.
