Everyone in the Ballston Spa community is invited to join together for the 2021 Scotties Stampede 5k Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run. The event will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at at the district’s tennis courts on Garrett Road. The Kids Color Run will begin at 8:00 am and the Scotties Stampede 5k will follow at 9:00 am. All current CDC and NYS safety guidelines will be followed. The primary goal is to bring our community together for a fun, fitness event and encourage students and families to participate in healthy and active lifestyles. After a tough year, this is a great opportunity for young and old to get outside for a fun morning activity. As in year’s past, proceeds from the event will support the district’s Ballston Spa Partnership for Innovation in Education Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region.
